Returns are accepted only if:

* You receive a damaged product.
* You receive the wrong product.

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product.

As many of our products are handmade and personalized, customized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
