At Lish Craft Shop, every product is handmade with care. We strive to ensure you are happy with every purchase.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items only.

To be eligible for a return:
*Item must be unused.
*Original packaging should be available.
*Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable Items
Because our products are handmade or personalized, we cannot accept returns for:
*Custom orders
*Personalized products
*Gift cards
*Sale items

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
*Order number
*Photos of the damaged product
*Photos of the packaging

We'll arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
